La Fermiere Yogurt

came across this fab yogurt in silom complex
highly recommended by vicky and ♥val
it's like the best yogurt EVER!!!!
you will never ever want to touch those artificially flavoured plastic watery cup yogurts again

it comes in 2 different flavours (for what i saw in the supermarket)
natural (blue jar) and honey-orange (red jar)

i never liked natural flavour yogurts
because it's frankly TASTELESS
it feels so damn weird when you put something in your mouth that is tasteless and has this undesirable sour taste (yucksss!!!!)

but for la fermiere yogurt
ME LOVESSSS~
when you dig into the yogurt,
it's feel like you're digging into pudding..(well...maybe softer than pudding)
when you put it in your mouth,
FU-YOHHHHH!!!!!
YUMMAYYYYY!!!!!!!!
LOVESSSSS [♥♥♥♥♥♥]

but after eating this
i have this oh-i-feel-so-guilty feeling
because the yogurt has this creamy and cheesy texture
it tends to make you feel guilty for eating such rich food
but IT'S NOT!!
it doesn't contain a really high amount of fat or carbs in it
FU-YOHHH~~
i'm so going to fit this yogurt into my oh-i've-never-used-it diet plan ^^

for the taste,
i can only say it's remarkably AMAZING
you have to try it for yourself to know
GO NOW!!!

p.s the yogurt is fucking expensive. but it's worth a try.

long time no see!!!!!!

say hi to nikki!!!
my i-bought-it-2-years-ago-but-never-used-it Nikon D60!!!!

i brought nikki back from my old cupboard at malaysia to show off some of oh-so-brilliant skills ^^
but i will never forget you my dearie sonnia (my old blinged up sony)..you will always still be in my heart ♥

here are some of nikki's briliant skills~
(i can't help setting the picture size to large as the pictures are so damn high quality!!! XD)
let's start with my room,

my kitchen ^^
(cough cough) a little...erm..untidy i may say

the oh-so-refreshing (NOT!!) view from my room

the place where i spend most of my time at ^^ [♥♥]

inside of my fridge

wall

done with my oh-so-humiliating room...==
start with random pictures!!!
yippeeee~

Muffin!!!!!!! [♥♥♥♥]

muahihihihihihihi ^0^

the book that i brings to school to SHOW everyone that
"hey! looky here~ valerie does study!!!"

a cute little japanese style toilet bowl i bought from taiwan~
madness lovess!!!! [♥♥♥♥♥♥]

another muahihihihihihihihihi ^o^

my dinner
guess how much it cost me
.
.
.
.
.
.
.
50 baht!!!!! = RM5/RM6
and look at the size of it!!!!! it's huge!!!! enough for two starving people.
but still...
i finished the whole plate by myself...
so..
muahihihihihihihihihi~

●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●●

see the difference between photos taken by sonnia and nikki?
sonnia is great no doubt
but nikki is so much better (DLSR mahhhh)
the bad thing about nikki is...
it's just too dammit bulky!!!
i rather bring sonnia along when i'm climbing a mountain or something (which i would never)
but sonnia could never compare to nikki's high resolution and take those oh-so-artistic photos..
haiz...
guess this is where is phrase Pros and Cons comes in

did some thinking during the oh-so-boring ceremony (well..not THAT boring..)
thinking about my oh-so-convincing future
am i sure of this?
am i sure of being a pastry chef throughout my life?
the sudden gush i had when i saw those gorgeous cupcakes really changed my life
"mummy, I WANT TO BE A CHEF!"

how many people were shocked by the news?
hmm...let me see...
5? 6? 10?
i'm sure my parents were

imagine if i hadn't told them i wanted to be a chef..
maybe a veterinarian
"mummy, I WANT TO BE A VET"
(imagining) they would look so relieved and proudly tell everyone about it
"my daughther wants to be a vet!! how promising her future would be~"
"oh wow~ (claps claps)"

that's why i am working to hard
i want to prove that i can have a promising, wonderful and convincing future too

lastly,

I can't wait for myself to wear the tall tall hat!!!!!! >0<

Intermediate Pastry Practical Exam

omg omg omg omg omg omg omg omg
exam!!!!!!!

when i know i need to make opera cake
i cried
infront of chef fabrice
damn humiliating...==

i was so so so so so so SO afraid i will get opera
guess today is not my day...
i got opera
fuck!!!!!!

i cried,
a few times
afriad of failing
and wasting my parent's money

during exam
i got a little crazy
haha
normal
because i'm always crazy when i'm facing pressure

i panicked when my joconde biscuit got all squishy and start to split
so i quietly put back my joconde together like playing a puzzle when the chef is not looking
because i don't think they would like to see that XD

haha~
look at my uniform
after finishing the cake
i smell like coffee all over
and my whole apron is stained with coffee syrup XD
guess the laundry auntie is so going to curse me when she see's my uniform

cutting the sides of the cake
somehow feels like THE MOMENT OF TRUTH
because i can finally check whether my layers are even or not
if the layer arn't even,
i can easily FAIL
that's the "beauty" of opera cake~

jill stood beside me when i'm cutting the sides
i amost cried
i saw that my cake's layers arn't even
the buttercream is too thick..
and the ganache is too thin
T^T
but the good thing is,
the coffee syrup is completely soaked into the bisuits
thanks to the "thai massage" i've delicately given to the biscuits ^^

i wrote "OPERA" during my last 5 minutes
wow
fortunately i still manage to write some oh-so-readable writings ^^

i was shaking when chef fabrice is giving us his comments
especially when he looks at my cake
finally he said "all the cakes are perfect!"
omg!
relieved
but i'm still shaking
i'm terrified he'll say the word "EXCEPT"
"all the cake are perfect! EXCEPT.."
if that happens..
i will definately burst into tears immediately
but phewww~~
i don't need to waste my tears because
I PASSED!!!!!
