High

i'm taking the barista course [coffee making]
the terrible thing is..
i cannot drink coffee...(wtf right?)
i will get high and do...emm..unsuitable things...==

on my first class,
i took only 3 TEASPOONS of espresso and i'm already starting to feel a little crazy
heartbeat increasing..
hands got cold..
feel like i'm floating~ (i know this would never happen on me, imagine-ing)
symtoms of being HIGH

good thing i didn't go really crazy and spoil my oh-so-wonderful reputation XD

i didn't do well this term..(all because of that fucking asshole!!)

still trying to figure out what's happening with me

i'm trying to do my best so i can make my parents proud
and don't want my relatives to look down on me and my parents
i want them to know that being a chef is also a profession that can be compared to nutritionist or a buisnessmen
DO NOT EVER EVER LOOK DOWN ON CHEFS!!

mommy wants me to make something out for you guys to try
no, i don't want
i'm scared
why?
because you guys have golden tongues
but still,
my mother still wants me to make some
ok, fine
so i spent several nights doing research, trying to find recipes that i can make at home [i have limited resources]
i feel so damn stressed that few days
like i was going to have an exam that might cause my parents to lose face

i made tartlets
small, simple looking tartlets
it took me the whole day to make those
looks easy
but it's not..

you ate it
i was staring at you
my heart was beating
your expression changed
and you said
"why is the tart case so hard? why is it so thick?"
i couldn't help it
my tears were rolling in my eye
i gave you a smile
and said
"oh really? okay, i will make it thinner next time"

my father wanted you to have more
but i can see that you hated it
you don't even want to touch it when i first place the tupperware on the table
my heart shattered..

but i'm never going to give up!!
i'll show you guys
i can do it
